Are You Looking For The Wrong Job?

According to BUPA , a British healthcare company, as much as 75% of the working population are in the wrong job and are clearly not suited for them. There is a strong tendency for people to misjudge their own personalities and this causes them to enter into a career that creates unnecessary stress.
We all like to think that we are out-going, patient, experienced, charismatic etc . . . and we simply delude ourselves. If only we accepted constructive criticism off other people we might take this into account when entering into a new job.
It is interesting to hear that as many as 40% of bankers and accountants are warm and people orientated (perhaps it’s just me but I only ever seem to see the other 60%)! Another statistic (which is hardly surprising) is that only 10% of Civil Servants have good people skills.

The test is a simplified one that gives you a broad insight to your own personality so please do not base your future prospects just on this test. You really need to go for a more in-depth one.
